Maple Class have been learning all about the world. They labelled North and South Pole on a balloon and drew a line to show where the equator is. They shared the activity and we were very impressed with the discussions they had.

Maple Class had a fantastic trip to Warwick Castle. They were very enthusiastic and participated in all of the events! They had amazing discussions in the castle about the artefacts and were very surprised at the differences between the past and present. All of the children found the Viking raiders fascinating and were impressed with the skills of the Vikings riding horses! The birds of prey show wowed us all and we were treated to the birds flying low and directly above our heads!

Maple class have had a creative morning using art to make 3D sculptures using clay. They made divas linking to our learning about Hinduism. You can look forward to them all bringing their divas home next week.
