It is important for children to be aware of the dangers posed by the Internet and mobile technologies and we have regular lessons and assemblies in school to teach children about how to stay safe.

What we do at The Avenue to keep your child safe:

  • We use filtering software on the school internet
  • We talk to your child about E Safety and include it in the PSHE (Personal, Social & Health Education)  curriculum
  • We have guidance for students, staff and parents about E-Safety
  • We have an ‘e safety' policy, which includes cyber-bullying

Mrs Morrall is our 'E Safety Officer.' Please speak to her about any concerns that you have about E-Safety issues both at school or at home. E Safety concerns can also be reported through the CEOP website, click on the link to the left to be taken straight there.
